Start with a clear brief. We’ll match it with a clear plan.
We are a Istanbul-based studio focused on inventive game mechanics and polished visual systems. Before we build anything, we need to understand your vision. This page is your gateway.

Primary contact response time: 24h for collaborative leads.
Collaboration Framework
We value transparent process and shared ownership. Here’s the standard engagement path for a game app project, designed to de-risk development from day one.
Discovery & Alignment
15-minute intro call. We listen for: core mechanic, visual style references, and target platform constraints.
Concept Proposal
A concise document outlining approach, 6–8 week timeline, and investment range. No vague estimates.
Development Sprint
Agile cycles with weekly builds. Client playtesting is baked into every iteration. No "big reveal" at the end.
"We don't sell finished apps. We build validated, shippable prototypes with a clear path to polish. Our first goal is to prove the fun in a playable build, not a presentation deck."
Micro-Scenario: Gravity Swap
The Brief
"A physics puzzle where the player taps to invert gravity for specific objects. Target: mobile, intuitive controls."
Week 1 Deliverable
A web-playable prototype. No final art. Three difficulty curves tested with 15 testers.
Key Decision
Tilt vs. Tap. User telemetry showed tap was 40% faster to learn. We went with tap.
Outcome
Core loop validated. Art production began only after players reported "satisfying feedback" on swaps.
Method Note: Prototype Robustness
We evaluate a prototype on three axes, measured through playtest sessions, not speculation:
1. Feedback Clarity
Can a player understand the result of an action within 500ms? We use juice, sound, and screen shake to guarantee this.
2. Input Intent
Is the control scheme aligned with the player's mental model? (e.g., tap feels better than swipe for precise swaps).
3. Core Loop Stamina
Does the mechanic remain engaging after 50 repetitions? We test for frustration vs. flow.
"We don't document features. We document why a feature stayed or was cut based on player behavior."
Example: A prototype's visual scope is limited to the mechanic.
Operating Hub
Based in Istanbul. Inspired by Global Trends, Grounded in Local Context.
Our studio is located in Harbiye, Şişli—a district where modern design meets historic texture. This environment informs our approach: we blend the dynamic energy of global game trends with the discipline of long-form creative practice.
Being Turkey-based gives us a specific vantage point. We understand the nuances of regional player preferences, the logistical realities of the domestic market, and the creative potential of Anatolian motifs when reinterpreted through interactive systems.
Logistics
- • All development is in-house.
- • Hardware testing lab on-premise.
- • TRT (UTC+3) working hours: 09:00–18:00.
